- web1 is for passive consumers

- web2 adds on web1 by facilitating a minority of actors, targeting a still massive audience of passive consumers, and ownership is still centralised.

- web3 promotes active participation by decentralising ownership, protecting creators and rewarding (or penalising) contributions by consensus of the community of active contributors.

Am I mistaking?
