I tried Flutter last year for an Earth Obervation mobile tool. It has quite an easy learning curve despite Dart being a yet a language to master. I guess the strong point of Flutter for a beginner is that its creators defined the technical terms with great care. There is no overloading of concepts: they don't use the same word for different things or different words for the same thing.

One suggestion for your article: maybe add a kind of workflow diagram with all the names of the external packages and tools, with their usage? The list is a bit daunting.
